One of the most enjoyable parts of my coaching is working with women on their businesses either as they start up or as they reach a point where they want to build the business up but are not sure what the next steps should be and how that will fit into the other parts of their lives.  I coached Sophie Ashworth a couple of years ago as she set up a new business, Maison Elhoria, making and distributing the most delicious pates, all made to a traditional French recipe (Sophie is French but lives in Dorset).  She now also imports linens from the Basque Region to be made into tablecloths, aprons etc in the north of England.  Her business has gone from a seed of an idea three years ago and is now a thriving and growing enterprise that she fits in with raising 2 children.  Attached is a piece about the recent France Show, in London in which she comments on the potential effects Brexit could have on her business.   Good luck, Sophie, over the next few months as we work out the many implications of Brexit and I hope Maison Elhoria continues to grow from strength to strength.
