One to one online coaching and support for your midlife years.

Hi, I’m Alice,

I’m a life coach with over 10 years of experience helping people through times of challenge and change.  I work with people one to one supporting them through their mid life years.

The mid life years can be a wonderful time of your life but also a time when you feel pulled in too many directions!

My free monthly newsletter, The Coach, is available by signing up in the box below.  The next one is out at the end of June.  I find it helpful at this time of year to share ideas on times of change, particularly for those subscribers with schoolchildren or school leavers.  If you have a child embarking on a GAP YEAR you may find my FREE GUIDE, “Mind the Gap” useful.  You can request any guides under the FREE GUIDES section of this site.     If you want to find out more, make sure you sign up to The Coach below or just send me your email address.

I work with clients 1 – 1 online.  Every coaching conversation is confidential and without judgement.  We work at a pace to suit you and meet either weekly, fortnightly or at other regular intervals.

You will feel able to look at the issues that are troubling you within the walls of a safe conversation.  With my questioning and coaching, you will be able to clear the fog.  You will gain clarity in areas that have just been making life feel more challenging than it needs to and, where appropriate, you will set goals to aim for together with a realistic plan to get there.

“When I first called upon your services, I felt like I was on a sinking ship, all I had to achieve, with my business, my family and home life, was continually dragging me down. I know, without a doubt, that 4 years ago I never would have believed that I could cope with and manage all that I am now doing.”
