When I coach people they may come to me wanting to look at an issue or a specific change they want to make or they may want to look at a more general piece of their life, for example stress management or confidence. This can be a journey that takes several sessions of coaching with 3 or 4 weeks in between each session.
Over the next 2 months (March and April) I am offering an alternative style of coaching for those who want to resolve an issue in the immediate future and in a shorter time scale. If you bring an issue, problem area or specific idea of what you want to change to me we will focus entirely on that. This sort of coaching is faster moving, it is not going to bring a change to your whole life necessarily but it will help you move on in a specific area. This might be focussing on how to prepare for a new job, or a promotion or a new, healthier lifestyle. Or it might be an individual relationship that is causing you stress or unhappiness at the moment and you want to put that right.
For this style of coaching I will also be offering a reduced rate of £50 an hour rather than the usual £60.
