Here is a really simple exercise I have put together for you to see what’s going on in your life. This is working on a very basic level so you can do this exercise anywhere, any time – while you’re washing up, driving to work or even in the bath! Here goes.

1. List 3 things in your life that you really like.

2. Now list 3 things you don’t like.

3. Out of the 3 things you don’t like, which one would you like to change most?

4. Think of something new – a skill, a sport, or qualification at work – that you would like to take up or prepare for.

So, what’s stopping you? By doing this simple exercise of having a quick look at what is going on in your life you may have spotted some things that need updating or replacing. That’s the first step.
