So the new year is upon us and traditionally this is the time we set about with new resolutions promising ourselves we will be richer, thinner, wittier, faster, more organised and just generally more perfect…. this list is endless and you can see what I mean.

And then…… we get to 6th or 7th of January, daily demands take over again and all those lovely resolutions get thrown out with the old Christmas tree. Who can blame us? We’ve all done it – set ourselves unrealistic targets and then been disappointed or disillusioned when we don’t reach them.
